Ingredients
- Bottle Gourd grated 2 cups
3. Peanut powder 2 tbspoon
4. Green Chillies 2 no
5. Cilantro (Coriander leaves) 1/2 cup
6. Jeera (Cumin seeds) 1 teaspoon
7. Salt to taste
Method of preparation
.
1. First of all grate bottle gourd and squeeze the water.
2. Now mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add a small amount of water in it and make a dough.
4. Take a handful amount of this mixture and make Cutlets pressing in between palm and fingers.
5. On a non stick pan bake the cutlets till golden brown.
6. Now the cutlets are ready to serve.
