Healthy Food for all
As we all know, food is an important aspect of our daily life. Keeping this in mind, I have been adopting a variety of foods. I enjoy these foods, and they keep me in best of my health. Hence I am going to enumerate below the various types of food ( 30 items) that I have been consuming over the years. I shall give the details group wise. These are apart from the normal food items like Lentils, Legumes and other Dals which others are consuming.

I have been consuming the first three group items on daily basis around 1-2 spoons/day. As regards the fourth group, steel cut oats are being taken daily and other items being rotated. These 30 items can be bought under SHOP tag and My Foods category.
