Pearl Millet Pancake (Bajra Roti)

- Millet flour (Bajra flour) 2 cups
- Onion 1 no
- Cumin seeds (Jeera) 1 teaspoon
- Peanuts 2 table spoon
- Cilantro (Coiander) leaves 1/2 cup
- Fenugreek (Methi) leaves 1 cup
- Green chillies 2 nos
- Sesame seeds 2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste.
Method of preparation
- In a grinder put all items at sl no 2 to 7 and grind.
- Then in a bowl pour this ground mixture and add bajra flour and salt to taste.
- Add water as required to make a dough.
- Make small round shaped pancakes (poori sized roties) with hand and smear sesame seeds on both sides.
- On a non stick pan bake these pancakes (roties) till they turn brown.
- Now serve roties with vegetable curry and salad.
